Had horrible experience

Thrive Agric - Had horrible experience
Thrive Agric - Had horrible experience
Words are not enough to explain how unprofessional this bunch of team are. They are pathetic liars without human feelings. Thrive Agric shouldn't venture into Agri-tech or any business. They lack credibility and integrity and had made lives more difficult for people. Mr Charles Isidi who's supposed to be a man of integrity contributed badly to the problem.

User's recommendation: Run away from Thrive Agric.

Need for Empathy for a young Agribusiness company facing challenges. They are not fraudsters

Thrive Agric is a reputable company, and they will pay up. Agricultural business like this face challenges and require patient capital to run. If you have done farming before you will understand. Trust them to their words this is the first time they are failing, and they admit it. They are hardworking young people always on the field to get things done. Let this not ruin their reputation. They will pay up, they are not fraudsters, and they will get over it. #DoingBusinessIshardInNigeria #PoliciesChange #YoungEntepreneurs #COVID-19 #NigeriaFarmsPatientCapital #Thriveagric #YouWillGetyourMoneyBack #Empathy

Delayed Payout, poor communication, lack of integrity and misrepresentation of facts

1: Payment default to subscribed investors without adequate communication on reason for such 2: Continuous reneging on promise made to investors on communicating reason for delayed payment and way forward. 3: Poor customer relationship 4: Misrepresentation of facts (in an article on Technext, they had mentioned that they were not owing any of their investors up till September 16th. This assertion is nothing further from the truth as an investment that matured on the same said date is yet to be paid). See link to the write-up on Technext s website for your reference. https://technext.ng/2020/09/20/thrive-agric-responds-to-ponzi-scheme-accusation-promises-to-clear-investor-debts-by-march-2021/

User's recommendation: Until Thrive Agric redeems its image, prospective investors should be wary of dealing with them.

Poor customer relationship and alleged fraud

Thrive agric had refused to communicate and settle its investors due for payout since April. Notwithstanding, it has farm cycles that are due September, October, November and December. Investors of september farms are due for payout but its CEO Eja Uka, has refused to pay and respond to the growing inquires of investors based on what is obtainable on their website as the farm produce should have been sold. This itself is a cause for worry for investors and ycombinator not excluded.

User's recommendation: Dont invest with thrive agric.

Investors payout delayed for over four months since May 2020

ThriveAgric have repeatedly failed investors. The proposed payment date of Mar/Apr 2021 is completely unacceptable

User's recommendation: Do your due diligence properly and get legal counsel before investing.

Thrive Agric should uphold their promise to investors. Lack of communication on when investors will get their money is frustrating. Was it a crime as law abiding citizens to have entrusted ThriveAgric with our funds for the betterment of the economy at large?

Thrive Agric, founded by Uka Eje and Ayodeji Arikawe, is a Fraud
Thrive Agric crowd sources funds from the public to sponsor small-scale farmers and startup farms in Nigeria with the intent to pay back the capital invested plus a fixed ROI at the end of a successful farm cycle. In recent months, despite successfully completing these farm cycles, Thrive Agric and its founders Uka Eje and Ayodeji Arikawe have refused to pay its investors. This has been going on for a while now with no end in sight as Thrive Agric has refused to inform investors on the way forward as regards their funds.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Thrive Agric and its founders, Uka Eje and Ayodeji Arikawe.
