this employer won't pay over time. Pay half cash.
Half check. The security on this company its really bad.. The managements is really bad. they don't know any thing.
If you broke any equipment the owner make you pay. how? they deduce money from your salary. No dental, medical benefits.
The owner think because he is rick he can treat people with no respect. This company its the worst place to work on California. The equipment to work is no safety to operate. the trucks are no safety to drive.
if you ask for gloves, goggles or work tshirts.
they give it, but before you have to listen the management. you better take care of this equipment next time you have you pay or you don't get more.
