Resolved: Previous damage too rental car
I back into a pole and damaged the back too the prado. I want too know if all repair costs have been completed.
I have a 3rd party insurance so want too finalise all this.
It is near impossible too be able too speak too a person at claims.
May someone please call me back on 045130****. There has been $1700 odd taking from my account.

Left Sat Nav in rental 15th Nov had a call while waiting for flight asked if they could meet me as I had injured knee and had already gone from one end to another due to gate change. Got told they would post it too me.
12 days later about 10 calls every day get told I will be contacted no contact still waiting now can't find sat nav. If I had known it was going to be such a hassle I would of borrowed a wheelchair to get to them. Customer service NIL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Other than one Racheal at desk in Melbourne very understanding but out of her hands.

Not sure why they can't find out who it was originally who rang me it was first thing the office opened only 6 of them worked in office when I picked car up seriously just ask her .... NOT HAPPY AND WILL CONTINUE RINGING AND FINDING PEOPLE TO GET IT BACK....

What the *** Thrifty???? Returned the car in perfect condition one week ago - then miss a call referencing hail damage - then $900 deducted from account in x3 instalments in a day $500, $300 and $100?
Far out - who can afford that at Xmas? Especially with NO reason??? How am I supposed to buy groceries this week?? Would understand if I'd actually been in a hail storm!!!

DO NOT RENT from these THIEVES!!!! To add insult to injury - try calling in the evening to sort it out - dealt with BEN who couldn't care less and "had his own stuff to deal with" - I am beyond words.....
Toll bill e mailed to me direct when i was told it would be deducted from my credit card.
I WAS TOLD THAT TOLL CHARGES WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD.
I RECEIVED A BILL FROM NSW TRANSPORT TOLL FOR THE AMOUNT OF $9.32.
I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO THRIFTY AND THE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT. I HAVE BEEN PLACED ON TOLL ON MOST OCCASSIONS.
I REQUIRE A REPLY ASAP AS I'M LEAVING AUSTRALIA AND IF THIS BILL IS NOT PAID I WILL BE IN ALL SORTS OF TROUBLE.
ALSO HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS.
NOT HAPPY I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS. THIS BOOKING A CAR ON LINE MAKES COMMUNICATIONS VERY DIFFICULT. I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN.

Very Rude attitude,Shouting at my wife and putting her down
My wife and I went to Thrifty Car rentals at Tumbi Umbi on the Central Coast to enquire re Renting a Van.This young know it all that served us by the name of Rene had no idea as to what she was talking about.In fact all she seemed to do is be little my wife with her very rude and objectionable attitude towards my wife.She was very loud and sarcastic towards us.The other Lady that worked there finally finished serving another customer and came over to see if she could help."Debbie"had this whole mess sorted out in less than 2 minutes unlike her junior counter part Thank you Debbie for your great attitude towards your customers.Maybe you could teach your offsider a thing or two.As for Thrifty Car rentals,I think you should Spend more time choosing your staff.If it wasn't for Debbie we would never contemplate renting from Thrifty.Lucky this was only an enquiry.God help us if we rented from Rene,and we never will if she serves us.We run a mayor Business on the coast and recently moved it up here.We will stay with the opposition for now

We Came into Thrifty Car Rental at Tumi Umbi to make enquiries about renting a Van.I had the misfortune to be dealing with Renee.She had no idea as to what she was talking about but was also very rude in the way she spoke to us.WE asked to speak to the Manager,but were told he was not in that day.She then continued to look up rates which to this very day ,we think she made up.In the end after a very trying time Another Lady Stepped in and sorted this whole mess out in 1 minute instead of the last 20 wasted minutes by Renee.THANK YOU DEBBIE WELL DONE !!! Shame on you Renee.If it wasnt for Debbie We would go back to Avis.

Finally got contact after so many weeks got offered 2 other sat navs as they could not even find the one they found , called to say they found then misplaced it totally, had 2 sent in mail that's that far out of date... Mine was new with lifetime update of maps...
Had to buy a brand new one again...
Just wish I ended up getting a wheelchair to go back to office when they first rang,,
I still stick by by bad customer service slackness , My fault take full responsibility for leaving it in the car, But they said we will mail it to you.... Still peeved...
