Can not get money from TSP Withdrawal system
- - On 9 June 2022 I placed a TSP withdrawal request.
- - I faced 8-hour holds, transfers between agents, repeated questions, and a hang-up.
On 9 June 2022 I placed a request in the TSP withdrawal system. I have had nothing but problems and run arounds.
I have been on hold as long as 8hrs in one day. I have been passed from person to person and then left sitting holding the line until they close. I have been asked the same questions over and over time and time again. When I ask to speak to a supervisor again I was left sitting on hold.
I was talking to an agent in withdrawal and when ask why I was being ask the same questions over and over he hung up the phone on me. Today, I ask to speak to a supervisor, and was told it would be a two to three hour delay. I ask if I could leave a call back number and I did, but no one return my request. I was inform to call back at 07: a.m.
on tomorrow and I could speak to the supervisor. I understand this is a new system, but to me the employees have no knowledge of how to us it.

Yeah the exact same issues here as well!!.... I know your review is slightly older but did you by chance figure out a resolution to this problem??
