Unable to make contact. Dissatisfied with sale of my items of clothing. I feel cheated
Thrift has accepted my full bag of clothes but only sold 2 items at a very low price
I'm unable to contact them although they send lots of no- reply emails to me.

Can't speak or message someone live...sell goods too cheap..they arexsupposed to have experts.
Thrift sold a bag of mine they valued at £20 ..I got told will get just over £3..saw same design nike retro bag on ebay for179$ with 3 watchers. I messaged to complain as the payment was still pending from the that day, they have no tel number or live chat...got told next day could not have back as the item has sold and been up for sale a long time so price was lowered...very suspicious ..I'm not happy atall.
Preferred solution: If they csnt gove my bag back, they could give me some credits as they are supposed tp have experts and have obviously sold my item for a fraction of what it is worth to someone...I csnt understand why the bag had no interest as they said..I feel conned.

FIND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO RETURN - THERE IS NO RETURN LABEL AND ONE OF THE CHAT PERSON WAS ASKING ME TO PAY £1 TO SEND A LABLE.
I BOUGHT THIS USED DRESS FROM SOMEONE AND THE SELLER IS THRIFT PLUS. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE DRESS IS YELLOW BUT IT WAS NOT YELLOW IS LIME, THE SIZE IS SMALL HENCE I WANT TO RETURN IT.
I HAVE SENT IT BACK THROUGH EVRI BUT IT WAS RETURNED TWICE.
I HAVE FOUND THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR SERVICE SIMPLY BECAUSE I HAVE ASKED FOR THE RETURN LABLE BUT ONE OF THE CHAT PERSON IS ASKING FOR £1 TO PAY FOR THE LABEL WHY SHOULD I PAY IT.
I sent my bag thinking i could sell my goods and earn money, But i found money in credits so they can not transfer thr money which i was not made aware of
Disappointed and feel like I have been scammed
If I knew I wouldn't be able to get the cash, I would never use this service
I need to get my money back me
Please look into this and return my money
So return the money to my account.

Zero customer support
A representative has contacted me but advised that my items have gone missing following receipt by them, they also sent a list of my items received which misses 2 dresses. They cannot locate the items so offered me £2 for dresses which cost over £90 each. This company is a scam.
I have sent a full bag of sellable items, being careful to check which items they will sell. 70% havent been listed, one dress which has been listed has been placed as archived meaning it wont sell - they will keep it.
This is despite it being less than 6 months since it was listed.
There is no contact no for customer service, no response to the chat function. No care once they have your clothes.
I could have sold these on Vinted but was happy to give some of the proceeds to charity.
Thrift is a con to get your clothes which they can sell without giving you any of the proceeds.
Dont use.

I sent 2 packages to thrift never received 1 but showed as received them complain told goods in 1 bag not labels they sell still not replying to my messages
