lady cornered me and told me I could not leave before I paid $110 "in cash". walked out with my tooth in my pocket.
also, they take patient calls/info on speakerphone in the waiting room. also agree that they talk loudly about treatment plans and money, again for all to hear.
this is a TINY sample of my experience there. they are dangerous.
Preferred solution: i want them to treat people with decency and respect.
Very disappointed in staff
If you want to talk about patient and shame them maybe they should wait til no longer in the building so they cant overhear. The plan wasnt clear on what to do w o teeth after they extract so many teeth.
That alone was very worrisome let alone how much total bill would cost. I guess should of read reviews before making appt

I had a slightly chipped molar and it was not hurting but it was bothering my lip. I thought that it just needed to be filed down, but when I went in for the consultation I was told I needed a root canal and crown.
They convinced me that I needed a slight sedation and charged me more (I never had problems with dental procedures and even had a colonoscopy without being sedated because I hate being put under) and "sedation dentistry" is what they are known for!. I knew what was happening the whole time during the dental procedure. They were to include a full cleaning with what I paid, but after the procedure I asked if I was supposed to come back for the cleaning and the dentist said that she just did the cleaning. All that she did was squirt water around.
I argued with them on that and let it go. A year later, I notice that the crown was loose and a little tender. I went to see my long time family dentist (that did not accept my new insurance) and he told me that based on the x-rays, the crown was ill-fitted and there was cement that leaked into my jaw bone. He advised me to see and endodontist.
The endodontist agreed and they both recommended and advised that the only option was to have the tooth extracted and to get a dental implant. After several attempts to get my records from Three Rivers Dental and paying the required $10 fee, I was told that I had 3 options, to receive my records, to get a refund, OR to have them fix it and I had to choose! I told them that I needed my records so that I can be properly treated and for their mistakes to be rectified. I finally got my records from them them and so much was falsified, handwritten, and lies!!!
They would not give me the name of the dentist who did my procedure and in the records it says that Dr. Rudolph did it. She did NOT do it! They claim they told me to come back in to correct the leaking cement into my bone.
I did not learn about that until I saw my previous dentist and endodontist. I gave them too much info before they sent me my records.
Just unbelievable! So much more.

This is going to be long because theres so much that went wrong. Initially, we chose this place because the manager said we can get the work done in a little bit of time.
So we made our initial appointment and here we are three months later, and we are still not done. After many two-hour long trips to the dentist, today was the last straw. After the manager had managed to mess up appointment times for us twice , she apologized and said she would give us Steeler jerseys! So we were offered a bribe!!!
Then, once that happened, we were given $10 Amazon gift cards to write a good review on Google for three Rivers Dental. I refused. We found out today that the dentist who was doing our work and who got independently paid for our work quit without finishing any of the work he started!!! In fact, the manager who was supposed to bill our insurance never did.
The treatment plan was very unclear from the beginning, it seemed like nobody knew what kind of work was started because the treatment plan did not specify. We gave them over $10,000 and this work is not done and neither the dentist or the manager is there any longer. They did NOT OFFER to make it right. Instead they said $6000.00 more thousand dollars to get the work finished.
THEY EXPECTED a person who was put under to remember what work they had done, because the treatment plan was not DONE CORRECTLY! I am put imploring you not to go to these people.
This is just a mess. Will update as soon as I talk to the Pennsylvania State Board Of Dentistry and the PA Attorney General.

TRUST YOUR TEETH to a MURDERER and THIEF!
Founder and owner, Larry Rudolph, was found guilty of the horrific shotgun murder of his wife. He was also found guilty of the theft of $4.9 million from nine life insurance policies he had taken out on her life.
His mistress and former dental assistant was found guilty of accessory after the fact, obstruction of justice, and lying to a grand jury. Rudolph was found guilty of murder and mail fraud and is to be sentenced in February 2023.

I had to sue 3 Rivers Dental Group 3 of Greensburg for the $4,000.00 I paid for dentures. Almost one year and twelve scheduled appointments later, not only did Dr. Sabatini quit showing up for my appointments after being paid, he had his dental assistants doing his work, one he fondly refers to as "Sunshine".
When I complained and requested a refund, the office manager demanded I leave the premises and not return. That's a breach of contract. I took them to small claims court and was awarded the judgment. 3 Rivers Dental has yet to refund the $4,166.95 ($166.95 was court costs and fees) the court ordered them to pay.
3 Rivers Dental Group is struggling financially.
In 2020, each location grossed an average of only $60,000.00. When they do finally declare bankruptcy, your hard-earned money is GONE, your time wasted, and you have to start over again with a reputable dentist!

Jennerstown Office
Three Rivers Dental Group still lists Jennerstown as part of their group. I have screen shot pages to have as proof.
We can not get any satisfaction regarding our records, money we paid, or forwarding dentist information because Three Rivers says it was not part of Jennerstown. This BS! All of us patients should file a class action lawsuit against Three Rivers and Dr. Fammartino's estate.
We paid a lot of money and supposedly had guarantees that we are supposed to just shrug off as "that's the way it is"! I do not think so!

Covid Vaccine effort
3 rivers VDH is doing a *** poor job, they are way behind, lack sites for administering the jabs, will not answer there phone, and have reworked this worthless web site 5 times now.
3 Rivers VDH has been a complete waste of time.
They are also supposed to be directing the providers per the Governor to vaccinate people 64 and under with health conditions.
Instead, they told all providers to not do this.
The director needs to be fired, I have written all my congress persons and the Governor himself

I have also witnessed the “owner” belittling other patients and also employees. He needs slapped, and also slapped with a law suit!
Why O why would you want to give a business like this any of your hard earned money? Word of mouth will hopefully close this establishment!
I have the “Best” Dental Insurance available.....(United Concordia if you need to know) and this Terrible Cheating Company told me my insurance would not cover my work and I had to finance $4500.00 which I did and 6 months later I find out they billed my Insurance the $4500.00 AND they got paid for it?? Where U come from that’s Insurance FRAUD!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM
