Order price

I would like to cancel a order made today. I order pine pitch glue that was $6.50 and the total ended up being around $13 so I would ask to cancel it and get my money refunded. Thank you.

Multiple problems with customer service and a lack of response to customer disputes.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I made a large purchase in of multiple items in excess of $500. The arrows that were sent to me were not as described on the website or the same as the picture.

After a long battle with the sales agent regarding a return, which is their stated policy, I was told that I could return this item and receive a full refund for the cost of the arrows but not a refund for the service charged of $6.00 for cutting them. I returned this item as instructed and was credited the cost of the arrows less a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, two days after purchasin g an item for $399.99, it went on sale for $379.99. I requested a price adjustment credit for the difference and was denied.

Sales staff misrepresent themselves and customer service is exceedingly below standard. I have dealt with 3 Rivers Archery since 2007 and I have noticed a dramatic decrease in customer service since Dale Karch retired and Jonathan Karch took control. Issues are not resolved or escalated. You are told that you will receive a phone call without a window time.

Return phone calls will come days later or not at all which compels the customer to recontact this business where the cycle begins all over again. I finally disputed the above issues with my bank and emailed them that I was doing so and listed the reasons. The next day I received an email from Jonathan Karch where he accused me of being "vulgar to his staff" which was completely untrue. He informed me that I was being removed from his mailing list and that I was banned from making purchases from his business.

I certainly have no intention of doing business with this company. Customer service is nonexistent.

User's recommendation: Develope a relationship with other archery suppliers. There are many large companies that are price competetive, want your business, and give good customer service.

Overpriced and bad customer service

I called to inquire about a bow and arrow for my 13-year old daughter. The person helping me recommended a kit but forgot to mention that the bag to store the bow (when are we going to store it???) was $40.

When I called back for a reimbursement or at least a discount on more arrows, they said that I would need to send the whole kit back and loose the shipping and handling. I forgot to mention that many parts in this kit are never going to be used by my daughter.

A rip-off. Will never deal with this company again.

Short Review on January&nbs-05:00;06,&nbs-05:00;2017

I would like to add that although three rivers does have decent customer service they seem to have forgotten about average American bow hunters. The prices they are charging are ridiculous on many of there items. My advice to the consumer is to look around before purchasing items from them it's too bad it used to be a small company with affordable prices they now price gouge to the extreme!!

Three Rivers Archery!

I ordered arrow supplies over their 1800 number and the day it showed up to my door a week and three days later they then billed me messing up my checking account even after I asked them to bill me on the day I ordered.

I then opened up the box after just talking to them and the whole order was messed up. The stuff I ordered was pritty simple and they were all the same (one dozen of every color feather right wing) Well they couldn't get that right.

Calling the second time I spoke to a female who told me she would talk to somebody and call me back and make it right with me. Well I'm still waiting for the phone call so I decided to right a review. Oh and by the way the lady kept apologizing to me it made it sound like it happens alot.

Thanks for the RUNAROUND THREE RIVERS ARCHERY YOU SUCK!

I have ordered from Three Rivers several times over the past decade, usually with good results. However, this past Christmas I began my order with a $50.

gift certificate which three rivers managed to send in 3 separate mailings. I had ordered over the phone and rather than receiving 'hunting' trade points, I was sent the lighter weight display points. I sent them back, talked with an employee over the phone who promised to make it right. After 2 weeks I had to call back, talked to a different employee who was unable to find any record of my first conversation; moreover the previous promise to 'make it right' wasn't up-held.

The bottom line: after starting with a $50 dollars, I lost $16. on wrong, unnecessary mailings plus another $6.

out of my pocket on return mailing; and I'm left with something like $4 credit--which will require me to pay another $8. shipping fee should I decide to use it.

Not a 'satisfied customer', just a neglected one.

I have been a customer of Three Rivers for over 20 years and have never had any issues. Although some of their prices may be a bit higher than other traditional archery dealers their customer relations have always been excellent. They are a top notch company to deal with.

Three Rivers Archery has always done a great job. Over many years of doing business with them, I have not once had any kind of a problem with orders or billing.

You need money in your accounts to do business, if not don't put the blaim on Three River. You propably voted for Obama too.

Three Rivers Archery has been top notch for me over the years. You are most likely a dumb *** that did not have enough money in their account and then got pissed because they can't bill until they have the order complete.....

as per most organizations.

I have ordered a lot of items from 3 Rivers and have never had any problems, even when I am ordering within Canada. Members of my archery club have ordered arrows, feathers, bows, youth equipment, etc.

with no problems. I have never had an order wrong from them, and have been ordering for well over 5 years with them.

Sometimes mistakes can happen and hopefully they will make it right for you.
