I do not want an in store credit, I want my returns to be money back on my debit card i paid with. Contacted customer service, nobody has answered with a reply

I ordered almost 500$ of merchandise for my family for Christmas. We had never ordered from this site, sizes never run the same from company to company.

Some shorts and 2 sweatshirts are completely oversized and big on us. I was not aware that there were no money back returns with the company. It now says either a credit with this company or reordering merchandise is the only option. Very disappointing to spend that much money, and have bad return options and customer service.

No phone number to speak with a representative from the company. Will not order anymore

Just wounding if I order again if this how it will be, if I have to return . Returned item the next day and I have been waiting for a credit on my card for 3 weeks for a refund

I love this website, and I really love the items sold. My issue is with the lack of customer service provided by Three Nails.

I feel like if they tried as hard to make sure their customers are satisfied as they give their customers the run around, then they would have the most elite customer service department in the world! I tried to chat with an online representative and came to find out it's not even a Three Nails representative. It was some kind of outside customer service company. And when they finally offered me the option to speak with someone from Three Nails, that's when they prompted me to enter my credit/debit card information!

Yes, apparently, they expect us to 'only pay $1' before we can speak to someone in customer service. All I need to do is exchange a gift that I purchased for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. And when I entered my email address and my order number in the proper places, this is what it said:

Order Details: #245048

Order Date: Dec 6, 2024

Order status: Unfulfilled

None of your items are available for return.

I'm not sure why it is saying that my order status is unfulfilled because I received my order over a week ago. Can someone please get back with me as soon as possible and let me know how I'm supposed to handle this issue?

I truly hope that something is done about this customer service problem (or the lack of customer service is more like it). Please email me at zachenry2005@***.com.

Preferred solution: I would just like to exchange my purchase for a different size.
