It was a women's vintage wash T-shirt and it was 31" long which is way too long For me. I was told to give it away or keep it and I would get a credit for $42 to use towards my next purchase but I don't have any code or anything to enter.

I dont want to credit at thredUP I want them to credit that money to my credit card that I used to pay for the merchandise. I think its ignorant for them to keep my money when I might not even choose to buy anything again from thredUP I want my money refunded to my credit card.

They dont want to do that. I think that is poor management any other store will credit you the amt , onto credit card.., they want to keep your money .and I feel that is thievery ,fraud ,scam whatever,, I just want them to credit my credit card the $44 because I might not want to ever buy anything from them again after dealing with this issue !!!

The company used to have great customer service including the ability to reach someone by phone. It now appears Some problems are not easily addressed by Twitter.
Anyway I have maybe 60 shirts from them. I wanted to order some new ones but I cant resolve a login issue. When I provide Threadless with my eMail address the send me an eMail replying my username is 21 characters and give me a temp ID. When I try to log back in I get a message stating there is a 16 character match.
Ive had to create several new accounts over the years. I dont want to create a sixth one.
