Lost package
Box was delivered to my old address. I had changed my address on the website.
I expected it to go to my new place it didnt. I go to the old place to pick it too and its not there somebody had stole the package.

The products are not worth the money spent! Period!!
The clothing is low grade, low quality, and not worth HALF the money spent. And the customer service and cancellation services are like navigating a maze, can not even get a direct avenue to cancel.
I guess they know their product is garbage so they make it extremely hard to cancel! The rewards for multiple boxes is also terrible, I wish I never would have subscribed to these swindlers!!!

Clothes was horrible designer needs to go back to school if there is school for that. Clothes was good enough to mow the lawn i guess,,,bust customer service was great.

I feel like my likes and dislikes are ignored.I still get the items im not interested in and rarely the styles i do like,that's all
Check the notes on my profile so i don't keep getting the items that aren't my style.Send me more of the items im really happy with like workout wear,jeans,jewelry.white tshirts,long sleeve or short sleeve button down shirts...Thank you!!!

Cancel subscription
Terrible experience, tried to cancel a month ago, didnt happen, charged me $100 and never sent me anything. Tried to cancel and they said I owe a balance and couldnt cancel. Its been a terrible experience and these people need to be shut down, they are basically stealing off people.
