Lack of customer service lack of humanity in there customer service is horrible the ice machine it's always down

I'm running review because it seems like every thorns that I go to the eyes were seeing is broke down and it does not matter how hot or cold it is outside or what time the day it is I feel like the staff there is just lazy and doesn't want to deal with it or mess with it and that goes for all the thorntons in Louisville Kentucky except for Fern valley and 3rd Street in the South end they are good and I want to talk about their cleaners and their bathrooms and in the store that is horrible too Emma gets me is that they have a blue line in the bathroom ain't the blue or / black light for when you look for c** stains or something like that on the bed??? I'm just saying Thornton's needs to get together and then they have the nerve to kick somebody at the property when the only people that can take the people off property is corporate and corporate is not at the gas station Corbett is somewhere else or corporate headquarters where you going to call its don't go to the thorntons on Dixie highway west pages and valley station User's recommendation: Go to thorntons on 3rd St or Fern valley rd

I agree with all the above the staff for Amazon really suck they don't want to help and they don't want to listen
