- - Four-oven range had a thermocouple installed incorrectly, causing a 150° difference.

We have had a four oven and weve had a few issues with it. We had ordered a temperature thermal couple and we had a service technician put it in our oven then showed 150 difference than what the thermocouple showed we were able to find with the technicians help that the thermocouple had been installed incorrectly.
Wires were crossed someway we recently found that our lower oven heater was not heating as the technician looked at the stove. He found that that wire to the thermocouple were reversed. It caused the oven heating element not to turn on. He changed the thermocouple wires and in the oven seem to operate correctly Heater oven heater then was not needed as the stove was working correctly.
I would like we need to return the oven heating coil and I would like to also return a thermocouple that was sent to us. I need your help with this.

The dishwasher says e1. Its so funny that Home Depot has no one who can service this appliance here yet they sold it to me.
