Misleading handicapped parking, rude staff, unaccommodating to handicapped, show disdain for the lgbtq community., discriminated about people's appearance. Overweight especially
- - Poor handicap parking signage and confusing staff directions.
- - Chairs are too low and hard to use.
- - Long drink lines and service refusals.
unable to speak with anyone as they do not provide a number where there is actually a live person...too many complaints ? or they just dont care?? both is probably the answer
It was not signed properly. We asked three people on the way in three employees. They pointed as we drove by so we followed the point. So ended up on the other side of a building we thought was near the venue .
nowhere near handicapped. We walked far distance before we realized we couldn't get in that way. Had to walk around which took another 20 minutes. I had just had surgery for a replacement knee and replacement.
Upon a dream dream well we attempted to enter after walking a while in the heat with a bad knee and a bad hip. I was told we can't bring a chair in. If we had the children's chairs that would roughly about a foot off the ground then that would be okay. Not sure how anybody can use these chairs.
If they are handicapped. It does a number on your knees in your back plus you can't get out. Well it gets way worse after this. I had to leave my bag chairs that we just bought 6o bucks each.
I decided being humiliated in front of my friends waiting for me at the gate on the inside of the building and all the bystanders was not worth it. So I agreed I was going to have to stand the whole entire time because Io chairs, how to get off track but who the heck can sit on these chairs that are down so low. It hurts to get in and to get out of them. If anything they're more dangerous because you can't see them.
People can trip over them. Well, let's add some more... Waited in line to get a drink. After about 10-15 minutes I get to front, bartender told me he can't serve anyone that has the band on the left hand.
What! So I have to go back in to the line for another half an hour and get it put on the right side. I did inquire at a different bartender station that what would happen if I *** on the other side. They said it was only they had to confirm age.
This guy would not move. He wouldn't budge. He had it in for me. I don't know why.
So yeah I have a band. I do not like the venue. I will never go back there again at the end of the worst.
The worst the worst people in the world with no personalities. I hate these people with a passion to not go there ever
User's recommendation: Stay away from this venue. Staff is rude and uneducated

- - $60 ADA parking; no clear handicapped spots; staff couldn't help.
- - Seating policy mandates short chairs; many can’t sit or rise easily.
- - Long lines.
Forced to pay $60 for ADA ticket for parking, couldn't get an attendant to answer us as to where the handicapped parking is. Upon arriving, we realized it wasn't clearly signed.
We asked, and no one did anything but pointed. We ended up very, very far from the entrance. Having never been there before, we were hoping to get some help, reasonably thinking that they are getting paid. Well, they just pointed and carried on with conversations with other employees and also on the phone.
After walking maybe half a mile, we got to the line and were told we can't get in with a regular bag chair; they have to be the short chairs. The ones most can't sit in and forget trying to get up. They were very rude. When I explained that it read to talk to the admission team about our situation—not exact words...
I did, and they couldn't care less. Their role as the authority may have clouded the judgment of these cold, unsympathetic rulers of the venue. Finally, I put my chair that I just bought, which were $60 each, my wife and I could barely afford, but thought the show would be worth it. We found out afterward that we would have to talk to admission staff.
Should be okay; I can barely walk. It's obvious. Who can sit in a short chair? No one has ever said short chairs are comfortable.
You can't sit with ease, and getting up is impossible if you're old and had a hip replacement and total knee replacement recently. What is the problem with adult-size chairs??? I was appalled and wasn't sure if I was being discriminated against because I'm old and handicapped, or because I'm a gay woman, or both. Well, I get through the line after leaving the chair unattended behind a rock.
I proceed through the line at the gate, get searched, and a blue band is placed on my arm. At this point, I was in tears just from walking there and getting told I can't go in with a comfortable chair. No one showed any sympathy for the fact that I had to walk so far due to staff negligence, more like ignorance. The lack of humanity at the venue was mind-blowing.
So I get through the huge line. I have a fairly large brace on my right arm, so they put the blue band on my left (the two young women at this part of admission were the only nice, kind people there). I'm in after an hour of trying. I get to the bar line with minimal wait.
The guy says, 'Can't serve you, the band is on the wrong side??? What?' I'm 58; I try to show ID. 'We don't check IDs; you have to go back in line???' What?! I'm being punked.
No, I couldn't fight tears at this point; I'm physically and now emotionally exhausted. I thought I was going out to have a good time. So, I go back through the line, another 30 minutes. I got the correct hand banded.
When I have to wait another 20 minutes in line, I ask the person at the bar what would happen if I had the bracelet on the wrong side. Would I be served? Well, being overheard, a few bartenders said, 'Of course! We just need to make sure you're over 18!' What?!
So, the bartender clearly discriminated against me. By now it's 9 PM. What a terrible experience. ****** is the worst venue I've ever been to.
The least friendly staff, worst parking, miles to the venue from handicapped, and the most idiotic chair policy I've seen anywhere else. 400 shows I've been to, and this is a first. I would require a call or email back from the venue management team explaining why this was necessary to put me through this. Why was I treated so badly?
This cost me not only $300 but a feeling of complete humiliation, and it triggered my depression. I love music because I forget about these things. It's been four days, and I can't forget the incident, the disrespect, and humiliation since my friends were at the gate waiting for me, and all the other people witnessing me being humiliated and badgered was too much for me to take. So I'm in complete meltdown at this point, and I just want to bury my head and die.
****** has the worst staff; they have no training and definitely no training in people skills. My treatment by people at this event was cruel and damaging. I have worked as a manager in upper management for over 30 years. I'm a trainer in a corporate setting.
This is behavior that needs to be addressed immediately. Compassion and sensitivity are needed in today's climate. Our company pushes kindness and siding with customers and consumers. Just be nice; it's not really hard.
Try it.
I feel I need an apology and compensation. This was incredibly traumatic.

All of this could have be avoided if you simply went to the website that tells you EVERYTHING that you need to know. I'm 1000 miles aways from this place and I know the processes, restictions and costs. If you can't afford to do a show, don't go to a show.
I see you posted after this and left out your whining over the parking charge.
After reading your post’s title and it’s first sentence, I was expecting a self-serving narrative full of opinion and overreach and you did not disappoint. EVERYONE paid $40 to $60 for parking depending if they paid in advance or at the venue.
Your attempt to frame it as only people with a handicap placard were charged is horrible. Every point you alleged followed the same pattern.
