Doctor trying to cover up half but work
got hurt at thompson tractor in birmingham alabama,12/29/08,got fired when doctor told them i may have a back problem,after MRI,FOUND 2 HERNIATED DISCS,L4-5 AN L5-S1, first one to look at mri was dr andrew cordover at ANDREWS SPORTS MEDICINE,HE TOLD ME THAT MY BACK WAS FINE,called him a liar,then he showed me that i needed surgery,i refused to let a liar touch me,sent to dr martin jones,he said nothing wrong as far as workers comp was concerned,after 2 failed back surgeries by brookwood,sent to andrews sports medicine again,dr todd smith performed a L5 S1 FUSION,IT FAILED,he tried to lie an cover up,went to ER,they done ct scan proving it failed ,went to court with scan of spine,showed judge got 900 dollars for 3 failed back surgeries,court will protect company an doctors,even had report showing it failed by radioligist,still ruled for company ,judge robert vance Jefferson county alabama,workers comp is fraud all the way up,in court caught my lawyer in lies,tried to fire him ,judge wouldnt allow it,covered up for him,then allowed him to put a lean on case for fees ,whole system crooked,or owned by thompson tractor an there lawyers,i have no insurance,sitting home waiting on ok to get knew doc,after exsposing him ,cant sell out by law i have no insurance ,they want me to put on medicare ,people can you believe this ***,this is no lie,i reported them all to medicare for fraud,*** medicare doesnt care ,no wonder i country is in shambles,its ran on fraud,its ok as long as working class people pay for it ,big corporations,goverment ,its a joke,
