The replacement costs for a new SPEED QUEEN is 900.00 plus tax. My ruined machines were only 6 years old. My total loss is approximately 1,200.00 if you include the repair costs of 266.00

My basement was flooded by this company. Chris Thompson, owner. I paid $266.00 to HART APPLIANCE on Patterson Ave. Greensboro, NC. I used the washer after Chris Thompson (THOMPSON APPLIANCE REPAIR repaired it and it flooded my basement. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Hart Appliance owner Tom McDaniel contracts Thompson App. Repair as serviceman. The flood occurred 12/19/2020. Both Tom and Chris are ignoring me. MY Insurance has paid for all that was damaged but not the washer. IT"S AN INSURANCE THING. Insurance companies do not pay for the washer because it caused the damage. They only pay for the damage. So the total costs for all damage is $5,500.00. It's all taken care of expect for the washer which is $900.00 to replace. Speed Queen is not cheap. This is their least expensive model. BOTH OF BUSINESSES are AWOL. They are totally ignoring me. Hire this guy if you want your basement turned into a fish bowl, User's recommendation: DON'T HIRE THIS PERSON.

Hart Appliance is going to replace the flooded washer with a new one and Mr. Thompson will reimburse him. I did receive an apology from Hart Appliance (Tom McDaniel) owner.
