it's easy to see he is a liar. thief. and a total con artist. anyone who meets him knows the truth and now he is so washed up he just sits on youtube and twitter trying to defame anyone who finds out who he then blocks them in an effort to stop his ego from being completely destroyed. dude eats leppo *** for breakfast and j-annon *** for dinner. You people are jealous of Thomas' success; he's a brilliant musician. Who are you? Thomas stands up against oppression; maybe you are being paid by his enemies. We know he was banned from YouTube for standing up against tyranny, because he told us himself. Stop bad nothing him anonymously!

Thomas Schoenberger has been stalking me and my company on line for three years now. He makes up lies in posts on complaint boards and even has actors making youtube.com videos making slanderous and false claims. What makes me even more upset is the lies he makes up on a daily basis with no reality or proof to them. He also is writing disturbing letters to me clients as part of his smear campaign. This is a sad to see such a brilliant musician be so mean and cruel to an employee that worked hard for him for many years. I hope he never has employees again!

Thomas Schoenberger, owner of the now defunct North Bay Entertainment, is on a mission to destroy my legitimate business, Simply The Best Entertainment, in his personal war with his former partner in NBE, Steven Leflar. Thomas has done the following: 1. Posted slanderous youtube.com videos against me and my business with actors posing as my clients. 2. Harassed my clients with slanderous emails. 3. Posted as himself and anonymously slandering my business on this site and five others. 4. Created slanderous web sites about me, which all have been taken down due to slanderous content. 5. Thomas and his girlfriend, Linda Barrett have sent me extortionist and threatening emails. 6. He claims that I stalk his son!!! All this because his ex partner has a series of web sites that show how he was ripped off by Schoenberger, which only shows actual documents, actual videos and phone messages proving his point. None of these were generated by me. As a performing artist he has the cruelty to meta tag Eric Symons guitarist for his slanderous emails, then use spam to push the fresh hit videos beyond my fan base on youtube.com so that my fans will see his ***. He is my former employer, and in the past several ex-employees have sued and won in court in both CA Board of Labor Relations cases as well as a major Superior Court case in Napa that was in the news against DJ Randy Harris. My company has no debt and has not for over three years. Thomas is a criminal and cyber stalker.

My company, Simply the Best Entertainment, and my name, Eric Symons, has been the subject of on line stalking by my former employer, the former owner of North Bay Entertainment, Thomas Schoenberger, and now his new business partner, Linda Barrett. I say formal because the company no longer exists. Thomas has stooped to the point of hiring actors to defame me and my business on videos posted on youtube.com. and pissedconsumer.com. Thomas began a campaign of anonymous posts againt me in 2010. At one point he tried to have his original posts taken down from sites such as this. He does all of this because a series of web sites that his former business partner has put on line to tell his side of the story of the downfall of North Bay Entertianment. I did not create these sites and have absolutely no control over these. I do not condone using the internet as a playground. I have been called a child stalker by Barrett and Schoenberger in an effort to scare my clients. I have received extortionary threats from Barrett and Schoenberger that if northbay.net, stbdjs.com, and God knows what else comes down of the internet they will cease to defame my name and reputation on line. Since I have reached out to these individuals to inform them that I have no control of those sites they still continue a war against me that now includes writting defamatory emails to my clients and professional organizations to which I belong. For trying to communicate with Barrett and Schoenberger they now call me a stalker, eventhough they send me emails anytime they want, leave messages on my phone, etc. Schoenberger knows that I have avoided this online war and high for several years taken the high road and want nothing to do with his war with Steven Leflar. Leflar has his own business in the Sacramento area and Thomas should leave me out of his war. More to follow soon....

In the Contra Costa Courthouse, there is a document that shows Thomas Schoenberger giving testimony that he sold North Bay Entertainment in 2007 when in fact he operated til April 2009. Thomas Schoenberger has had an long term partnership agreement with Steven Leflar since 2008. That includes an $18,000.00 to Thomas Schoenberger in 2004 and Steven Leflar is still owed $6000.00. Thomas Schoenberger is a liar. he was the owner of record for dozens of bands that were never paid, and somehow Thomas claims that he owes nobody. the fact is that Thomas Schoenberger, now working under the company name AEC, still owe well in excess of 200,000 dollars to musicians and artists. He owes Steven Leflar a total of $247,000. 00 and that's one of the reasons he is Cyber Stalking Steven Leflar and many others. The only reason North Bay Entertainment is listed under nobody’s name is that Thomas Schoenberger is guilty of embezzling $115,000.00 from his own company prior to 2008 has been sued over 7 times in various courts and found guilty of ripping of bands and agencies as well as individuals. Thomas Schoenberger is an internet stalker and *** man. The most recent rip off from Thomas Schoenberger borrowed $3000.00 to rent a place to live and never paid him back is going to be served for small claims court.. Take a look at this link.
