Thomas Cook Flight Company

Nearly 10 months ago, I bought 3 tickets (for me, my mother and my sister) from London to Izmir at 3 Septembre 2011. The flight number was TCX1866. We were coming from Edinburg to London (with another company) and after with Flythomascook from London to Izmir. But Thomascook is changed our tickets from London Stansted airport to Gatwick airport from 08.00pm to 3.00m. Because of this change, we lost 1 day of our vacation. And we had to travel 3 hours from London Stansted airport to Gatwick airport. We paid 79 pounds for the bus tickets. Responsable of Thomas cook in airport did not helped us ant she did not kind. Before my flight i tried to contact with thomas cook by e-mail and by phone. no answer no solution. After come back from my holiday i tried to contact them but no answer.....
