Some time ago I purchased two casserole...
No need to try and contact them the company is out of business.
Some time ago I purchased two casserole carriers, one for me and one for a friend and until today neither of us has ever had any problems. However this evening I placed a chicken pot pie in my to take to a friend who had just had surgery and when I opened it, the sides had literally melted.
I was so embarrassed as you can imagine.
Have you ever had this to happen to anyone else? How was it resolved?
Do you still have them. Id be glad to send pictures if needed.
