Registration of bar code is not being accepted
Cant complete the product registration process. The response is that the 15 digit bar code is not valid.
Preferred solution: I would like the unit to work and to be able to complete the registration process without the system telling me the numbers are not valid.

There is no way to set up the cam if I am not login, I have no password
I called and there is no one to take your call, they basically hung up on me, the application doesnt allow me to set up the cam it says connect to the wifi but there is no password

Not happy
I was told I needed to purchase some sort of cloud service to view remotely on my phone

Faulty product
I purchased a Thinkware front rear dash cam in May 2021, the unit failed 6 weeks after purchase, I contacted the company and after having me jump through hoops agreed for me to return the unit for a replacement, once the new unit was received it worked good for about 2 months before it to quit working, (would not power up). I once again contacted the company and the hoop jumping started again I emailed receipts followed directions for updating the firmware etc...
the unit still failed to work, sent the unit back and Thinkware sent me a replacement, this time the unit did not work out of the box, same scenario they had me performing diagnostics as to why it would not power on would not admit I got somebody else's return.
Not only that, but I am out 200 dollars for a piece of garbage! I will not ever purchase a Thinkware product again nor will I ever recommend, I ended up spending more money to replace the unit with a Rexing and have been completely satisfied

Defective products
I purchased a dash cam in May of 2021 from Thinkware, after using the cam for a month it suddenly would not power on, being under warranty I contacted thinkware after some back and fourth with customer service they sent out a replacement unit. after a month did the exact same thing, once again after the back and fourth I was sent a replacement, upon receiving the third cam it does not not even power out of the box power power uop
