I purchased a dash cam in May of 2021 from Thinkware, after using the cam for a month it suddenly would not power on, being under warranty I contacted thinkware after some back and fourth with customer service they sent out a replacement unit. after a month did the exact same thing, once again after the back and fourth I was sent a replacement, upon receiving the third cam it does not not even power out of the box power power uop
User's recommendation: stay away from this company.

I wish I knew about the lack of customer service before purchasing their poorly made U1000.
