I came across a fishinng site..

Hello,there.

Someone removed two-factor authentification and I'm not getting codes from you. I was greeted whith that my account is set toThinkific.I didn't do it myself.

The time was changed on my mail..Using certain websites, I found out that there are two addresses on my android.One of them shows that my location is in America and not in Ukraine.

All pages are configurated and my photo is removed from profile. I didn;t do it myself. A few important points: my account is advertised on GO DADDY dozens of sites. I have got photos of them.

I have such thoughts that I came across a fishing site and I am being used. Before the time changed ,the contact email on my inbox was changed. And right on my computer I found the application forms for for changing a contact mail for a person and an organizftion. They were samples .They were empty.

After that I unlinked yet another mail from my account. I also have proofs - screenfhots and photos before and after.

That is why need transferring me to a human support agent and collecting specific details about my account for your support .

Upgrade plan

I am trying to upgrade plans from the basic to the start. I assumed because Im doing that. Id only get charged 50$ extra since I will be paying the 100 monthly but in order to upgrade I have to pay an additional 107 can we please fix that so I can upgrade my plan.

Help with several questions on functionality

Good Day!

Shared Vision Training is a new online course provider and we have chosen Thinkific - currently basic plan as we are not yet making any roi.

We have several questions please :-

Invoicing: Does the platform send an invoice directly from the platform? If so, is it a VAT invoice, we are VAT registered (UK). Are the invoices downloadable?

If not, what sort of receipt does the buyer have and how?

Bulk Purchases: we will get a lot of B2B sales, possibly with 30 learners from one sale - but we need to report on individual progress etc; Does a bulk order generate individual logins?

Also, will the Manager of the buying company be able to generate reports?

Unsent Payments

Thinkific claims they send payments daily to people who have courses. In 5 days they have not sent a payment.

Also, there is no way to contact them.

They have disconnected their phone number and operate using an ai chat. This is beginning to feel like a monetary scam.
