Guard Service Didn't Respond

Today I contacted Think Protection regarding some suspicious activity at my house and asked them to dispatch a security guard to investigate, and was told that they had been notified. Over 1.5 hours have passed and as of yet nobody has shown up.

The guard called and I asked him to explain why there was such a long delay, to which he simply replied that he was busy on another house call.

It's now almost 3 hours since first contact and he's still not there.

Totally unacceptable! I need Costner service to investigate this matter and get back to me.

Think Protection - Technical Support Review

I have been using think protection for over 2 months now and it was working great because there were no abnormal events. Today we had internet outage and i had to leave for work i was unable to disarm the system and when i opened the door alarm went off.

I had to wait over 2 hours to get in touch with a technician to support me. It is a sham and sheer wastage of time when you need them the most.

When I called them the monitoring support people were not able to help me in. Attached is the screenshot of the call when i was in ***
