Broken lightsaber

Its a long story but basically I have bought a darth revan lightsaber at thinkgeek in San Antonio tx and I live in mission tx a four hr drive I had asked the employee before I had bought it what the return policy of the toy and he said that as long as you have the receipt you should be able to return it if you dont want it or its messed up so I bought it but I went to return on the last day of the return I couldnt because apparently it was a finale sale they didnt me that over there if they did I wouldnt have bought it but I had ask twice about it before and after I bought it and the manger here where I lived tried to help me because they lied to me and didnt tell me it was a finale sale and he told me its weird because he has returned those many times but he doesnt know why it wouldnt let him so I have a messed up lightsaber and cant do anything with it so Ive been trying to contact costumer service but it goes straight to voice mail and they also lied about being able to return it to any game stop the manger said I should try game stop also I went and they guy said they dont returns and that kind of stuff so I dont know what to do.

Compliant of employee behavior

Walked into the store #1017 in Clearwater Florida, my child had been tugging at my mask and it was down. The unnatural red haired employee politely asked me to put it on, I replied certainly and kept on moving. Well she walked up to another employee who is seated folding shirts and I hear her say I wish I could kick out all the people not wearing masks and their kids. So I obnoxiously loud reply oh shes talking *** about customers and wants to kick them out. I later hear the seated man telling her to be quiet as he rightfully should. Its unprofessional and rude customer service to complain about a customer within earshot

Looking for a past product

My granddaughter wants a screaming or talking knife. I found past videos on a product you sold. Is there anyway grandpa can find one of this knives to make her happy? I know I am reaching for the stars, but why not?
