Think Energy has lost 4 of my last 6 payments. My bank sends funds electronically to Think Energy. My last payment was due 5/17/2023. I had my bank pay Think electronically on 5/12/2023. I thought that gave me a five day cushion so my payment could be located. Well nope, Think has still not found my payment. My bank has called, mailed and even scheduled a conference call with Think. Nothing works, nobody cares. I have used Think Energy for 6 years. SinceDecember of 2022 company has gone downhill. I would like to cancel my contract with Think, please contact me and let me know how to cancel. I assume there is a fee, but if I send it Think will lose it for sure.
