It seems to be impossible to reach customer service, even though a chat window, without paying for it. Twice Ive downloaded a file.
Ive been charged a penny each time. But very soon afterwards Ive been hit with up charges of $30. My bank is calling fraud and has canceled my card. The first time I wasnt sure it was Thingiverse, but twice?
Yes. Thats no coincidence. And since there is no way to reach the company, Im done.
