Thescooterstore service is so bad. At least 30 days per call

My 86 yr old Mother-in-law has a scooter from the The scooter store. It is about a year old. It will not charge so I called the service number for VIP customers. They listened to the symptoms and decided it was the charger. They wanted insurance info so I gave it to them. Then they told me it would be at least 30 days before they could do anything. They have to clear it with the ins. company. Well in the mean time my Mother-in-law is stuck in her room in assisted living. It is very difficult for her to get to the lunch room with out her scooter. I call the scooter store about every day. No help.. 30 days.. They will not send anyone out to look at the scooter. When we do finally get the charger what do you want to bet it wont fix the problem. What does the VIP customer number mean? Not VIP for sure. If these people had someone in their family confined to a wheelchair they would be singing a different song.

customer service is a joke and not a funny one. when you rely on your power chair for everyday necessities, and they keep putting you off, and blaming it on reconstructing (which in their case is a euphemism for getting caught with insurance fraud so needing to file chapter 11.) why they keep getting pay checks and being able to walk around to me is just another crime
