Thermomate

Trying to find a water heater that works off grid with solar. The first one I tried sucked all my solar power out in 2 minutes.

This Thermomate 0 had to be mounted to outside wall because of carbon monoxide. The hot water outlet valve is sitting at 45 degrees. Everything is in place now but the thing won't fire.

I got the cover off it and tried to torch the jets- no go. This unit is junk- now what do I do, call a plumber at $300 an hour.

Ordered a wall oven to fit the cabinet of previous oven. First one arrived damaged,(door frame bent, glass falls out) a week later the company sent another - also damaged in the same way!

Sent pictures and videos of damage.

Now the company is ghosting us. Claiming ( when we can get someone to answer) " a replacement has not been authorized..." we'll call you back.

Nothing! Very poor customer service!!!

NTo make this short their product did not preform as advertised. And they would not return it because it had been installed. We'll when you find out it doesn't work as advertised it pretty much had to be installed to determine that.

We got a 24' wall oven and had it hooked up by a professional. During our first use, we heard a loud bang.

The element in the lower part of the oven exploded, putting *** in the element and the back of the oven, nearly starting a fire. I called to get a replacement part and was told it would take 2 - 3 weeks. Since I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift, I offered to pay for the part.

I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails with pictures. Two months later, I was informed that the part is no longer available.

This oven does not reach the desired temperature even after an hour. This makes it nerve wrecking for an avid baker like myself.

I have been trying to deal with it, but I just cant anymore.

I purchased an oven thermometer to check on the temperature after it seemed to not get hot enough. This is very disheartening.

As of today they have not contact me I've contact them all they say it in the right department.read more the the frist couple of reviews 6 /8 22 still nothing from theromate they won't contact my insurance company. are me.looks like am going to take them to court for bad product. I was being nice I did not claim everything I lost only the big items .now it going to cost them more .

Work great frist day .second day I lit it like I did the day before but this time flames came out the front and back. It was so hot and flame were so big u could not get to it to shut it off cause the propane tank sit in the back side of the heater .loss my new shed every thing in it and in not insurance . Very dangerous pissed not the word how I feel

There to work with my insurance company but as of today nothing not even in contact with me would be nice if they payed for my lost am still paying on that shed ilose 8000 in that shed including the shed I only list the big stuff not everything in there I can take some lose but not everything this was cause buy there propane heater say u can use in doors I would not recommend it at all .!

Call to see how my claim going with u your to work with my insurance but so far u have not contact me or my insurance company.at all cause of your propane heater I lose everything in my shed I sent u everything u ask for I only sent you the big stuff that was in my shed not everything that was in there I can take some lose but not everything would be nice if u payed for your faulty product if I do not hear from u I will hire attorney to go after u for faulty product it going to cost u more them what I claimed I go after u for everything even attorney fees thank u Deborah gonzales

Extremely disappointed with the product and the company. I purchased the Thermomate instant water heater and hooked it up and it would not hold temperature so I called Thermomate or whoever they my be since if you google the address its a warehouse in NC.

Then they said take some pictures and send it to me which I did then they put me off and asked for a video which I did and they put me off and finally asked for a return authorization which they did send so I then sent the unit back and still have not received my refund after six weeks.

Buy at your own risk. But then again why would you take the risk.

Water heater stopped working with in 7 months. Supposedly have a 1 year warranty.

When I called up, they wanted me to take a picture, send my name and other mickey mouse things to delay a new one. It is hard to go without hot water for a week. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was hung up on.

I had to go back through Amazon. Product and customer service very bad.
