I have confirmation of booking. I have not received my tickets; they are not in junk.
I cannot log into my account with my email; it keeps saying invalid. My email seems to be blocked. You are not responding to any of my emails via the website. I cannot contact you by phone.

I do not want to arrive with my sister (whose birthday it is) to have an issue. Please respond so I can sort this out, or just resend my tickets; that would be easier.
