Unfortunately these sites let anyone comment whether valid or not. I did my due diligence since I bought a home from Eilon.

Firstly he was very professional, very honest, his work was the best, his sub contractors were all amazing. My house is perfection and Eilon is the best home builder I have ever come across. I saw the court ordered apology letter made from ONE woman who made up all these accounts and fabricated all these stories.

He won in court. The only thing I am not happy about is that she only had to admit and apologize She should have been ordered to give him a monetary amount for all her false allegations .

As a survey research . I've order dominoes pizza on 8-10-13.

Saturday at 2 pm. And when they brought the pizza a *** roach came out of the box and I was very disgusted and angry . I will need to tell the media about dominoes pizza. I've tooling pictures of this issues.

I've done a lot of research on this person. This contractor seems to have done a very poor job for a lot of Scarsdale residents.

Why are there so many negative posts about this contractor? Why do people continue to hire him? Why doesn't Eilon treat his clients better and do a better job? I cant understand why there are pages of pages of complaints on this contractor and yet he continues to do business and do a poor job.

How many people have taken him to court?

I've heard stories but I dont know for sure. If someone could contact me I'd like to know the answers to these questions.

This contractor promised me a good job at a fair price. I wish that was the case.

The job he did or should I say he didnt do. He hired sub contractors to come in...people that I didnt know or trust. He got them, I guess, at a discount. These guys then proceeded to install my kitchen cabinets incorrectly.

I asked him to repaint and repair what they had done wrong. This was 5 months ago. What should I do?

Can I sue? If there is a lwayer that reads this that specializes in this type of suit please let me know.

I just learned that this house was built on a landfill that could be toxic. The developer is aware of the possible danger with the property.

Please check with the town records before placing any offers on this property. The train station that used to be under this property was shut down in 1937. The landfill was created using materials that could off gass and be harmful for anyone living above it. Be careful of this property.

Please dop the research on it beforehand.

The developer knowingly built on this land. If you contact the topwn housing dept they will give you more of a detailed history.

I just found out that this property was built over a possibly toxic landfill. The agent did not let me know this and the builder denied it.

I checked with the town of Scarsdale. There was train station on this property in 1937. They removed it and then developed a landfill on the location using materials that could possibly off gas and cause serious issues for you and your family. Please investigate this proerty before you place any offers on it.

This could be very dangerous for you and your family. We;ve decided on another house that does not run the same risk of being built on a landfill.

I had a terrible experience working with this contractor. The work was done poorly and he was incredibly rude to me and my family.

He wont even come back to finish the job unless we pay him more money than what was agreed upon. He now won't return my calls and his people are telling me since Eilon wont pay them when he owes them they wont finish the job. When I first met Eilon I thought he was a very nice honest person.

I heard some bad things but I still went ahead. I should have trusted what others had told me about him once we gave him the money.

I just had a nightmare experience with this contractor. He seemed so nice at first.

He made promises and said we didn't need to put it in a contract. We should trust him. We did. It was a huge mistake.

Half the job has been completed, he won't come back and his subs said they never got paid for the work. Who would use this contractor except for suckers like us who thought we could trust him. We have to decide now whether to sue for damages. We also have to now find someone to complete the job.

If anyone knows any decent contractors in Scarsdale with good referrals please let us know.

When I met Eilon I was told I would have the best service and the most professional job done. He told me, that while he wasn't the cheapest builder in the area, he cared about his clients and did the best job and would work with us to make sure we were happy with the job.

I trusted this. From the very start of the project the lies started, then the arguments over what he said and what he claimed he never said. Then the incomplete job we experienced with sub contractors he never paid.

Finally, after he got the majority of the money, he refused to come finish the job. A very bad experience from start to finish.
