Horrible customer service, missing item

First it took them over a week to provide any shipping information even though they charged my card immediately. After trying to contact them via email, phone, and social media I finally got through to someone who was extremely rude. She literally laughed at me when I was attempting to explain when I placed the order, interrupted me, and condescendingly reminded me that it was Thanksgiving week (I placed my order that Monday, thanksgiving was Thursday, never did I expect anything on actual thanksgiving!). She literally would not let me finish one sentence before cutting me off to make snarky responses. Finally she was able to update me. Fast-forward to when my order comes in, I am missing one of the items, a $189 red light therapy. I cant get through to a live person on their number on any extension! I contacted their social media account and was told the panels are integrated in the sauna - NO, I ordered a SEPARATE panel that is actually MISSING even though I was charged for it. This is the shadiest and rudest company I've ever interacted with. The sauna isn't worth the $1000 either. Find a better company to support with your dollar, I wish I had done more research into this company's practices and not just the product. Im now missing an item I was charged for and they make it next to impossible to speak with a live human about it. I asked their social media account for a phone number to reach a person DIRECTLY and they were unable to do that, instead said theyll tell shipping to ship your tri-light ASAP. But Why was it not shipped in the first place?? I just want to speak with a human! So shady! Avoid this company!!!

Suddenly water pitcher (2 mo old) is draining new water thru filter very slowly.

I am very pleased with their customer service (and their pitcher). They responded promptly and respectfully. The problem is solved. I just needed education.

Not only do they not honor their warranties, the worst customer service agent int he world, Melody (married or related to the owner...who else could work for these thieves but a family of them?) They insisted I send back the heating pad that shocked me and starting burning ff the backing exposing the wires.....not good, when you're talking heating pads and electricity. I send it at my own expense,(even though I was promised a refund) they refused to fix it, tried to blame it on me and never sent it back. Too much evidence of shoddy work and clear evidence of a fire hazard since you can see the wires on the back. I was actually shocked when I plugged it in and never did so again. The are the worst and they don't care about their mostly ill customers. Guess they hope they die before they can sue them. Don't buy from these rip off artists. You will regret it, if not sooner, than probably the day after your warranty runs out, even though it's useless because they won't honor the warranty. Picture added was of yet another pad I bought that burned up the backing of the pad. Can't keep that one out of the evidence file Therasage...you thieves. Pictures depict backing peeling away from over heating of a pad I couldn't even use above 4, when it went up to 10.....it's over rated, over priced garbage. Don't risk your life or your home on this piece of you know what.

I hope they have changed their ways. A bad comment can cause a lot of lost business.

I know I am leery now of making a purchase. Need companies to stand behind the products they sell.
