Need technical assistance

I have been trying to get help for days to no avail. TheraPlatform's billing practicers are shady. They refuse to change my billing date to one that would not require I pay an extra six months and not get my money back for a year. I am also trying to add a therapist that starts today and I have gotten nowhere for about 4 working days. Super frustrated and I really feel like they do not care about their customers (I've been one for about 2-3 years now).

Preferred solution: -change their billing date to coincide with the calendar year. -an apology for the shady billing practices. -add a therapist so that we don't lose any more money

User's recommendation: Pass on TheraPlatform... use another software program. Things go well for about a year and then they overcharge you.
