TheProRead - This business is a scam, a type of bait-and-switch.
This company sells ONLY digital products but makes it look like they are selling hard copy books. They advertise "Free Shipping" which implies a hard copy book, when in fact there is NO SHIPPING because it's digital. Nowhere during the ordering process do they say it's a digital product. When I received a receipt telling me of the pdf file download, I realized the problem. I immediately sent an email, "Contact Us" form and left a phone voicemail to cancel order. They refused. I found a website that is full of similar complaints. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/theproread.com I'm disputing the charge through PayPal.

Does not state their products are ONLY DOWNLOADABLE

Recently purchased a book from TheProRead.com. No where does it state they sell only downloadable books. When asked for a refund according to their site's rules and procedures, they flatly refused. If you purchase from this site, be sure you know in advance they sell only digital products.

User's recommendation: Be sure you know it is only a downloadable company. They have no physical products and will not stand by their refund policy.
