I feel like a bit of a fool for not doing a bit of research before committing! Was sold on a quick Wordpress build. Granted I expected the site to be thrown together however the Sales guy over the chat was very quick and responsive and assured me I'd get everything I specified. After I made payment, they tried to up-sell me on certain features, then only to inform me that the site is NOT responsive (mobile friendly) this was an extra $350 to do this! - We're in 2019, which means ALL website should just come standard being mobile optimised! It's been three weeks and they've not responded to my messages or emails. The phone number just goes to a hold tone then hangs up. Completely wasted my money!
