I feel like a bit of a fool for not doing a bit of research before committing!

Was sold on a quick Wordpress build. Granted I expected the site to be thrown together however the Sales guy over the chat was very quick and responsive and assured me I'd get everything I specified.

After I made payment, they tried to up-sell me on certain features, then only to inform me that the site is NOT responsive (mobile friendly) this was an extra $350 to do this!

- We're in 2019, which means ALL website should just come standard being mobile optimised!

It's been three weeks and they've not responded to my messages or emails. The phone number just goes to a hold tone then hangs up.

Completely wasted my money!

Just wanting to share The Pro Designs review and experience I had with them.

The example website designs they present as past work are on a completely higher level of quality to what they actually provide. So I decided to contact a few of the websites

that they sent me examples to and turns out they never heard of The Pro Designers and said they did not build their websites, false claims by The Pro Designers.

They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid and they

have now blocked my phone number so I have to call them via a private number just to get through.

The website I was after was just a simple 7 page website for my business so I could get my brand online and show my past work, so nothing to hard, not sure why they found it so hard.

Decided to pull the pin and went elsewhere, just be careful when using theprodesigners.com.au

Just like so many other reviews we have had problems since November 2018 using The Pro Designers.

We decided to upgrade our web site with the pro designers, they promised the world and delivered a site full of problems that no can fix and try to blame us for the issues when in fact

they are supposed to be the "expert web designers" who can design and build professional websites but yet it is full of issues, website loads very slow, when trying to update the website with

new images it freezes and crashes, the contact form on the website does not work.

So many emails.. phone calls just going around in circles + over charge my credit card for services not required on a site that barely ready to launch. Over 6 months and $800 later I don't know what to do

I engaged The Pro Designers to design a logo for my business, I had sent them a very clear brief and also sent them example logos to give them an idea of the type of logo I was after. The first round of logos that came back were not what I was after so I provided feedback.

Round 2 of the logos came and they were no better, each time I sent a response it took them 3-4 days just to reply, not sure if they were outsourcing overseas but the English in their emails were very bad.

I had sent them another response with changes I needed, I was very specific but yet they had failed to get anything close to what I was after.

This had been going on for 2 weeks for just a simple logo so I requested a refund as on their website they mentioned they offer 30 day refunds, when I requested a refund this is when they started to ignore my calls and emails, I have not heard back from them since.

I guess they have taken my money and run, do not use The Pro Designers
