Terrible company
Ive been filling out their surveys for years and have never got a product..they only give to influencers and their friends and thats it.

The Pink Panel The Benchmarking Company
My issue with the Pink Panel was never resolved at all now ever. They still owe me the $100 e-gift Amazon cars which I never received in my email like they promised after I uploaded the video for their product to their page then.
I tested a hair curling gel from them then posted my video on their website they never gave me my $100 egift Amazon card like they promised me. I think that they are a huge scam artist Forever.
I'm so very disappointed that I filled out surveys for products and I always get told that I'm not egilble for them right now. I'm so very disappointed about this all the time right now.

Pretty sure they sell our screener information.
I've been filling them out for months and I fill them out IMMEDIATELY usually. I have never been picked for product testing.
Pretty sure they sell our screener information for $$$ and never follow they on product testing promises and gift card compensation. Sure you could say I don't fit their age race and gender quotas, but they're also banking on people assuming that and continuing to fill them out. It feels fake or a waste of time to me. I even saw a YouTube video that stated he seen people fill them out for years without being picked.
WOW.
Shame on this company to let someone fill out that many many hours of their life, that they'll never get back and never even pick them? Tsk tsk.

I tested products and got scammed out of my 150 dollar gift card. My contact person Jennifer never responded to my email questioning where my gift card was.
So unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

They profile people
I've contacted them several times regarding the issue. Every time I attempt to participate in a survey sent via my email subscription (I receive surveys every day), I get the message that I'm not eligible for the survey and I should join the women only pink panel which I can change in my personal profile settings.
I'm a woman and every survey asks if I'm a male or female and they are always Womens surveys. Only once have I received a response to my complaints I've emailed, and their response was telling me that I won't receive money for my involvement. That wasn't even my question/issue and I only received one response from their team.
I'm still unable to participate and now they have my personal information including my address and I cannot use their services. Very uncomfortable.
