Herskowitz convinced a victim he could get New Jersey Devil hockey playoff tickets which could be sold for a great profit. The victim paid the money up front, only to later find that no tickets were ever purchased. The defendant also used another person’s American Express card without authorization and failed to deliver sports tickets he claimed to purchase on his behalf. Herskowitz pled guilty to Grand Larceny in the Third Degree and is scheduled for sentence next month.

Frank must have been involved in Fraud prior to forming Broadway Packages.
