Refund issue

Hello, I had bought 2 gallons of paint from Theisens in Vinton, IA to paint my hutch. I ended up getting a white paint color with primer in it. After I used the first gallon and let it dry I noticed the paint had left a yellow tint to it, it almost looked like it came out of a smokers home. I took back the unopened can but they refused to refund me for the opened one I had used. I feel like I should be refunded for the gallon of paint I used on my hutch because the manager also told me it was a bad batch of paint that would cause this issue to come out a yellowish tint. I am sending out this email to be refunded my $53 that I had spent one the gallon of paint that ruined my hutch. Thanks.

Theisens - Rafting gecancelt und Kein Geld zurück!!
Wir haben am 5.12.22 ein Rafting bei Viator gebucht, was am 6.12.22 vom Veranstalter gecancelt wurde. Obwohl Viator uns das mitteilte haben wir bis heute unser Geld nicht zurück bekommen!! Bis heute warten wir auf 102,58!! Nie mehr Viator!!

Bad returns

Theisens - Bad returns
Bought a bearing set at the vinton location got home and had picked up the wrong bearing. Needed 1 1/16. Instead of one inch went write back within half hour grabbed the write one same price tried to exchange and my receipt must have fell out so I told the lady I had bought it within the hour. She said she would have to ring it up at the lowest price I said I just want to exchange she said no. Then finally said she could look it up if I had rewards I gave her my number 3 times and she said I didnt buy it here and my last purchase was 296 dollars today. I said no I didnt buy anything else. She insisted I didnt buy it to day kept agueing in front of people in town who no me. So I went out to my car and the receipt was I the floor. I walke backin and said here I did buy it and what you said I bought was a ticket that had someone elses name not mine and I want to no why their name was on my rewards FInally a manager came out and said the lady had entered in the wrong number 3 times. Everyone makes mistake said. I agree but this was at my expense in front of othe customers I know. No opiligy that she basically called me a liar in front of people over a simple exchange!

Management

The management at the indianola ia store needs to let all of their people working in sporting goods about any and all changes when it comes to selling hand guns. I went in to buy a hand gun had it on layaway sale person said all I needed was Bill with my address and my driver's license since license has old address. Management said no sell needed a letter from government with my new address. Sale people didn't know there was a change. Need to train management better so they keep the sales staff informed of what's going on. *** poor management.

What I ordered was not ordered i guess,after waiting for 2 weeks ,they are clueless. Don t return calls. Product not here .The last and 4th time I called was on thursday 4/29 I was told they would be back to me within the hour ,it's Tues 5/4 ,still waiting on that call ,my advise to consumers ,don't waste your time at Theisen's

Today I went into the Theisen's of Davenport to book an oil change and I asked the cashier if it was hot in here or if it was just me and she told me "No, I agree with you it is. Corporate Office said that our building has to stay at 78 degrees through the spring and summer months." HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF AIR CONDITIONING?! They nees to realize that when its 80+ degrees outside its only going to make it feel worse in the building? I will not go in there this summer I'd rather shop at a place that uses air conditioning. I feel bad for the employees most if not all are from the older genration. They're going to have an employee faint.
