I reached out for online support services (I was coming out of a toxic relationship) and was matched to a support worker within less than 5 minutes. She was available to speak with me for 45-ish minutes and I had her undivided attention the entire time.

She was incredibly kind and supportive, provided wonderful advice and forwarded to me a variety of helpful resources.

This is a wonderful recourse for Christian-based support. Highly recommend.

They just sent me a number and left.

I just wanted to talk to someone about how I was feeling suicidal. And they have consistently ignored me when I bring it up.

If you are looking for a Chatline to message about your suicidal issues this is not the one to go to. They also kept talking to me about religious reasons in regards to how I was feeling. I don't have anything against religion but I certainly do not think that it wil solve my problems (my childhood and religion has been through some horrible experiences related to christianity). 0/10, and no stars.

I was absolutely in so much pain when they closed the chat leaving me alone in my head.

I would advise people looking for a chatline for suicide to message the national suicide line. They are far more respectful there and are professionally trained.
