ordered and paid for my firearms 2 weeks ago with 2-4 day shipping. They have still not shipped my firearms and I have asked for a refund multiple times with no reply or action. Will need to contact my credit card company to get my money refunded - buyer beware!

I called them to inquire if the item I was going to purchase is indeed in-stock and not on back order. I was told it is and they have 2 ready to ship. I placed the order online Nov. 16, sent my FFL documents, confirmed received by them. The website says it will ship within 3 to 5 business days and to call if within that period I have not received an email for the tracking number. I called on the 3rd and 5th day and was told it is still in process. I called again on the 6th day and still nothing. It is now the 8th business day and when I called earlier no one was picking up the call. With the delay, I asked how long it will take for them to return my funds should I decide to cancel the order. I got an email saying they will refund immediately but will have to shoulder the cancellation charges to cover for the effort (?) on their part to process the order. That is totally ridiculous and made me feel like I either have the option to wait in vain or, lose money. I know that with the crazy pandemic going on deliveries and fulfillments of orders can be delayed but not having been able to get at least a response as to when it will ship when in fact they have the item in stock as they claimed is totally unacceptable. All I have been told each time I call is "We have everything ready, your payment is done, FFL papers ok so you're good to go".....WHEN??? Sta I did some research yesterday and found out that their company is not as big as Buds or Kentucky Guns that processes volumes of orders so I will wait a few more days. If still nothing, I will initiate a complaint with the BBB and notify the credit card company. Be forewarned people!

Bought ammo listed as 5/ 20 in the quantity.... That is 5 lots of 20.... Received 25 total rounds! Was given the 'run-around' and now they claim it's past the return policy period... Absolute rip off.

Deceptive advertising Practices

TheGunDock.com I recently conducted a transaction on GunBroker.com with this "company". After the purchase, I was surprised to learn that what I thought the listing was offering, was in fact NOT what was being offered. Upon diplomatically approaching the owner, he became combative and threatening. After strong deliberation, he agreed that if I returned the item, I would receive a refund. Given the mistrust - I did return the item with tracking and notified my credit card company of their antics and initiated a chargeback. As suspected, they attempted to claim that I had not paid for the item and attempted a claim within the GunBroker Platform. It is my intent to protect the public and to ensure that the unsuspecting public are not taken advantage of by such questionable antics! Avoid them!
