Resolved: Did not refund a return, persuing refund through bank

I purchased a 135 watt LED grow light from TheGreenLeaf.biz at a cost of $279.99. I immediately realized, with the help of a watt meter, that this 135 watt unit was actually a 90 watt unit. Pissed, I returned the light to the company only to start a long battle of getting a refund. Everything about this company is sub-standard, I requested a refund several times. It has been over a month since the company received my return and I have yet to be refunded for the purchase price. I received only ONE e-mail roughly 20 days after they received the return stating that "the banks were closed due to heavy snowfall," and that "I will call the bank tomorrow". This clearly never happened and since then the company has ceased all contact with me. As far as I am concerned THE GREEN LEAF has to this day stole that money from me. I am forced to pursue a dispute with my bank to have the funds reimbursed. PLEASE boycott this company, they do not deserve a place in business.
