Company didn't complete work and didn't return deposit

Cary Silver was supposed to do several things at our house: -Paint the trim -Replace the basement windows -Repair a spigot -Replace a gutter The gutter was replaced. The paint job took a long time. It was a rainy summer in 2021, but Cary didnt bother to come even when the weather was fine. He claimed that he repaired the spigot, however, it still leaked after his repair. The basement windows were never installed Unfortunately, we paid 90% of his bill, but we threw in the towel after one year. Hiring Cary Silver means to hear a lot of promises and excuses, not much more.
