I have had no response from anyone. I have sent numerous emails and called the customer service center.

Each time I'm told my refund will be processed once the warehouse has processed my return.

I sent the items back by courier, paying just under NZD$60.00 to ensure delivery and so I could track the parcel should it go astray. It was been delivered AUgust last yearI have given up hope of ever seeing my money and the whole process has put me off buying online ever again.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES! I purchased 3 bottles of Keto tablets in August 2019 and when I realised the product was not for me I contacted the company to return it. I followed all the directions to return the product, was within the time frame indicated and paid for the items to be couriered from New Zealand to their Denver Returns &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Receiving warehouse to ensure safe delivery. I bet you have guessed by now that I have not received my refund. I have sent numerous emails which were replied to with promises of a refund and apologizing for the delay. I was told the warehouse was backed up, my refund would be processed in due course once they got to my package and verified the contents. They must have a lot of returns in front of mine as it has taken almost a year now and still NO REFUND. If a company is processing so many returns it takes over a year and they still haven't gotten to me then there must be something wrong with their product! SO many returns! It's very unusual for me to write something like this and some will say it's sour grapes but my treatment at the hands of this company has been appalling. They were very quick to take my money but not to follow through on their promise of a 100% Money Back Guarantee. I hope my post stays up long enough to save one person the money, time, distress and anger I have felt in dealing with this company. Shop somewhere else please. The only way to stop poor service, disreputable companies and put the power back in the hands of the consumer is to talk with your dollars and shop elsewhere. This is what I intend to do and to shop local, this experience has put me off ordering from oveseas. DONT
