Resolved: Deceitful and misleading charges
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After stating and sharing with them the negative review I posted and that I will file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general they immediately gave me a full refund and removed me from the subscription.
I filed a complaint with the BBB today. Sadly, they are still doing the same thing to other customers.
I used this app to compress a file they stated it was free. Then a .95 cent fee comes up 7day trial.
So I charged it to PayPal A week later they charged me $39.95 for a subscription. I emailed them to cancel and requested a refund. For two weeks they played a tag game. Then stated our policy stated you have 24 to cancel but when you read their request for refund it states you have 30 days and if you didnt read the contract t as well.
Its all a lie. They are not free they cancel the subscription but dont refund your money.
