Need to return some Items that where not opened!
need to see up front how they looked size wise.

"Discreet shipping" is a lie. Total lack of customer service.
TheAdultToyShop.com claims "Private, discreet shipping. No one will know what's inside."
But that's a lie!
Problem 1: They shipped a *** and a bottle of toy cleanser to me in an extremely oversized and THIN yellow envelope. You could see item shapes through the envelope and of course you could feel them if you touched either shape. The *** came in a plastic box like a Jello mold - it wasn't in a discreet box, instead it was a *** with thin plastic wrapped around it. You could totally feel what it was! My postman felt the need to deliver this to me by hand instead of putting it in the mailbox and I was so embarrassed! Thank goodness the toy wasn't some extravagant piece of equipment with big ol' balls on it...
Problem 2: The *** package was open. The plastic was cut open across the front. I emailed TheAdultToyShop.com right away to politely express my disappointment with the lack of privacy in their shipping and inform them of the open toy. I asked if it was okay to use it. No response. Another day passed, no response. And another day. It's been over a week now and no response from TheAdultToyShop about me not getting discreet shipping and more importantly, the open package. I have a problem and they just ignore me? I will never order from this store again.
