- Told to change my address and then call privacy and works.com; they did not respond after five calls.
I had to change the address of my account I was told to go ahead and change it and then call the privacy and works.com and they don't have called them five times at least and they don't call you back. So I have no reason that if I needed exercise the 3-year warranty that they would even assist me.

- The formula changed; I waste money; the spray is no longer available.

I use to love the works gel toliet cleaner. Since they changed the formula I feel I just waste my money.
Also you no longer buy the works spray.
It took the mold an *** out of the shower. I don't recommend buying.
