Hi! It truly sucks to leave such a negative review but Im not sure what else to do.
My review is based on my current experience with this company and their lack of customer service and ability to respond. I placed an order for a wig unit of their site on February 18th, the estimate for delivery on their site which is given before checking out stated my wig would get to me by March 8-11th. Which was perfectly fine! I reached out to the company when the date was closer approaching on March 5th to make sure it would truly arrive on the estimated date.
I did not get a response, after two days of not hearing back through email, I decided to go this companys Instagram account and send them a DM and left a comment on their Instagram please asking for someone to reach back out to me. I never got a response there either and its almost like if your comment on their Instagram page with words such as order or refund the comment is not publicly shown. It was then on March 10th (a Sunday) that I got a response stating: We apologize sincerely to all customers awaiting their shipments, as illness has affected the owner and at least two employees, causing a temporary halt in custom orders. Despite the success of our first annual sale, delays are being experienced.
To address this, we are pausing new customer orders until all existing orders are fulfilled. Our focus remains on delivering top-quality wigs with a craftsmanship warranty, ensuring your satisfaction with your custom wig. Tracking numbers will be issued this week. For inquiries, please reach out to us directly at our Florida Professional Park Location.
Each delayed package will include a coupon for a free wig valued up to $500, along with additional gifts. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated. If you prefer a refund, please reply to this email. Once our team resumes custom order operations, we will expedite the process and offer expected 2-day shipping.
I responded to that email immediately of course sending my well wishes and then again asking if for sure my wig would be shipped out on the week of March 11th and if so I was fine waiting.. I got no response after I replied, a week went by and still no tracking number, no wig, no reply, nothing. Its now 10 days later with no communication and I sent a follow up email on the 20th of March requesting a refund. Ive been sending emails, leaving comments on their IG, which is active as they continue to post on their stories and feed, Ive called their storefront locations and left voicemails and still no response or refund.
As Ive said to them through email and now here as someone who wanted to support your business its truly disappointing to be treated this way. After a month of waiting I truly would just like my money back.

I ordered my wig for a vacation trip a month ahead on 3/6/23. I never received the wig.
The 1800-wigsclinic is not a real number. The website link in my order confirmation email goes nowhere. The IG page TheWigsClinic is set up to not receive DMs.
The emails Ive sent inquiring about my order have garnered no response from this company. Ive since opened a complaint & a request for a refund with Affirm.

I placed my order during the 50% of sale. I ordered three wigs and never received my order.
I financed my order with Affirm. They sent the full payment to the Wig Clinic.
They wont respond to me or refund my money. I filed a claim with the Illinois Attorney Generals office, and, pissed off consumer.

Update shipping policy
ladies pay attention your ordering custom wigs not pre made wigs . Typically those things take time between 3 to 5 weeks according to the website .
If theres one things you cant deny is the quality nobody seems to ever have a issue . I suggest you to visit their local showroom or contact someone prior to checking out .
Your experience would go smoothly if you actually read prior to checking out . I order from them all the time .

Where do I start? I ordered a wig the second week of December.
I figured due to Covid some shipping may be delayed, so when I received no notifications via email in regard to shipping, I did not panic. After a month I reached out via email and phone daily to get an eta on possible shipping with no response to date. Willa cosmetics is a scam and so is this wigs clinic.
Very disappointed. Do not buy from them

My issue with the Wig Clinic is now resolved. I still consider this company to be totally unprofessional.
Not once did they contact me at all.
I paid for my wig via PayPal and PayPal worked diligently and recovered a full refund for me. Needless to say, I will never do business with the Wig Clinic ever again.
I ordered a wig from this online hair company The Wigs Clinic in early January 2021. I was told it would take 10 business days to complete and process my order.
I waited an additional 5 business days before reaching out to them due to the pandemic, giving them extra time. I sent emails, phone calls, direct messages, I have yet to receive any contact from them. I have yet to receive the wig I paid for.
I sent emails requesting a full refund. They have not contacted me.

Good Evening we’ve spoke to you in regards of Affrim . We sent you proof of them not sending anything over to us .
At this time we’ve request them to refund any customers that’s still awaiting and we did our part to make sure the fund they’re holding was never sent to us and returned and we removed that payment option on our website . Any recent issue with customers was from affrim unfortunately this situation is something their technical support must handle we did apologize for the inconvenience .
The thing is you guys gave me a tracking number like I was getting my wig but knew the whole time you weren’t sending it and stop responding to my text and emails when the whole time you guys could’ve let me know that you all weren’t sending it and to let affirm know so now I’m going through a whole process because affirm doesn’t even do refunds after 60 days y’all were dead wrong and can’t tell me different
Also you guys even thanked me for letting you know about the affirm situation offered me a free wig and future discount on a future order to still not send the wig I ordered originally and if affirm still never gave you all the money you all could’ve sent me a message and said hey the situation still not fixed we not sending you nothing contact affirm and get your money back but you didn’t so now I’m stuck having to make a claim and waiting however long to get my money back smh
