Bait and Switch
I am full of regret for reselling my cell phone to them. I was scammed and ripped off.
Im a busy professional and I dont have time to post on an app like Next Door and do a sale transaction in person. I opted for selling online for the convenience of it. They quoted me $100 for a $1,000 phone (which was already too low) that was in mint condition and less than a year and a half old that was mostly used by an elderly relative after I upgraded. According them it had flaws such as scratches on the screen which is impossible because it was handled with care by an adult - not a teenager.
They lowered their offer to $35 based on phony. Im about to cry right now because I know they lied.
I feel taken advantage of and violated. Beware and DO NOT USE.
