Warning to Brides

If I can prevent another bride from the duress this business has caused me from THEIR mistakes. It first began with the neglect of informing me they do not do alterations. When I picked up my dress they did not let me try it on because they were too busy, even though I had an appt. I was told just to try it on at home and if any there were problems to call. I called because the dress was four inches to long. They said there was nothing they could do about the dress and would send a list of seamstresses--they never did. A rush was paid for the bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dress, and the groomsmen vests. They never called when they arrived and when I called to check on the items and was told "yes, they have been in over a week." I went to pick up the items and two vests were the wrong color, one of the bridesmaids dress was the complete wrong style dress, the flowers girl dress was lost, and the other bridesmaid dresses were 3 to 4 sizes too big. All they could do is say sorry and blame another employee. They did reimburse for the two vests, and I was told I could go to another store to try to match the rest of the bridal party. They refused to reimburse for the wrong dress, which I had the receipt, and said there was nothing they could do or the flower girl dress they lost. The wedding is in a month and I have had to pay again for a rushed order from another store, all new bridesmaid's dresses and all new vests to ensure they are the same color. I just hope to prevent another bride from having to lose money, the stress, loss of sleep, and anxiety that this business has caused. User's recommendation: Avoid at ALL cost
