I had booked and purchased the first coin issues of King Charles III. I was surprised after waiting for months I received coins of Queen Elizabeth II.
The only way to contact from overseas is via email.
My complaint was not even acknowledged.
I will never buy any product from this company again. Very disappointing customer service and support team.
