Unable to sign in after updatimg pahme.t for renewal

My subscription did not renew due to the need for updated payment information. I updated the payment information and tried to sign in, but it continues to tell me the credentials are invalid.

Please help. I need the Weather Channel so that I can keep updated on the tropics.

Cannot have control over what time the storm is approaching

I used to be able to have control over the Radar in seeing the time of the storm approaching. It wont let me control the arrow- just keeps moving forward. So disappointed

I want to cancel premium pro service

They could restore the program to the same as before and not charge so much for it. Also they need responsive customer service.

User's recommendation: Since the company was sold recently everything has changed. First they took away some functions like hourly rain and forced me to get premium plus to use the functions. They also said that it would be ad free if you sign up. So I paid $29 to upgrade. Thenew interface was difficult to use and full of ads. It took me forever to get through to a human. (Over a few days). Finally I reached an agent who told me to go where I downloaded it from, in this case it was Google playstore. I then canceled it. I don't know yet if it went through or not.

The Weather Group - No show

I upgraded my subscription from standard to premium o 03/01/24.I watched it on my TV for3 years and now sence my upgrade I have no authorized signal.

Their customer service is not existing the CS # goes to IBM company that stated we bought the WC and does not CS issues.

I requested a full refund of $29.00 on their website and have had no response from them or a deposit back into my bank account that was provided to them by myself.

This is a terrible time of year that produces severe storms and especially here in Southern Illinois.

Why are these sites monitored by someone man.

Quit screwing with the IPad app

The new look is terrible. If I want a large weather map Ill load one. I tiny sliver of weather info is all thats visible beside the huge map.

In Jan of 2024 I paid for a year of the weather channel on tv and can't access it. I sign in and they ask for me to pay again.

This subscription is limited to TV devices. This streaming service is provided by The Weather Group. If you need to get in touch with The Weather Group, please reach out to them directly at https://***/support/home. 2) The Weather Channel Premium subscription provides ad-free weather and better planning tools for our app and weather.com.

This can be purchased on The Weather Channel app via the App Store/Play Store or from weather.com/subscribe. This subscription service is provided by The Weather Company, LLC. The weather channel has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life

I have been trying for a week to sign into my pay subscription to The Weather Channel on my TV and it will not allow me to do so. It keeps sending me through the same process over and over again I am so frustrated every number that Ive called it was IBM they couldnt help me.

I go to streamday.com.

That wont help. No one is helping me with my issue to log into The Weather Channel.

User's recommendation: Have a number that works for your customers. It is very frustrating they put you through the same process and they won’t let you do what they say to do I put in the passcode and I’ve changed my password 1000 times I am so tired of that.
