Wonderful Experience
I ordered a waterbed from The Waterbed Doctor and it came and wasn't the bed that was described or written on their web site. When I called, I got one of their representatives, Susan who was delightful to work with and took the time to listen to my concern and went back to the manufacturer to get some explanations. She then gave the issue over to manager, I believe the owner Marty Pojar who worked with me for several days and came back with several solutions to the problem. I can't begin to say how impressed I was that he responded every time he said he would and even though could not resolve the manufacture issue, he gave me alternatives to fix it. In this day and age, you find very few companies who care about their consumer and this company did. The give them very high grades as a customer service company. Thank You
