CThe Water Shed Dartmouth main street, refuses to fix an issue they caused

We get a new charcoal filter usually in December of each year but this year not until July. The technician failed to hook up the power source to the charcoal filter after he was done and also had to come back to replace some screws to the charcoal filter, when we got home that evening our pump was shut down.I called them on Tuesday morning and was told they would get back to me but they did not. Our pump no longer works, we haven't had running water since Monday the 20th of July and they won't do anything about it and Steve (manager?) says he had heard of always complaining and we can get the work done through some one else. We only had a couple of complaints over the years and they were due to faulty work by the Water Shed.
